WE PROSECUTE AND DEFEND CONSUMER CASES IN PAKISTAN:

The Punjab government has established consumer courts in 11 districts to protect the right of consumers and providing remedy to redress their grievances.  The Punjab Consumer Protection Act 2005 provides remedy to consumers against defective product and faulted services.  The consumers should aware their rights. Every province of Pakistan has made consumer laws and established consumer courts to redress the grievances of the Consumers. Consumer Laws deal with two type of issues, defective Product and faulty or substandard services.

We prosecute and defend consumer Cases in Consumer Courts, High Court, Supreme Court.

Consumer law providing  remedy to redress following grievances.

  1. Non mentioning of date of manufacturing, date of expiry, ingredients on the products.
  2. Non acceptance of warranty
  3. Misleading statements on adds or on products
  4. Poor/faulty Services
  5. Over and above charges
  6. Non mentioning of price on product
  7. Non Exhibition of price list issued by government
  8. Non issuance of receipt on purchasing of anything
  9. Selling of products fraudulently toconsumer
  10. Non fulfillment of services within the time limit

On any above grievances you may contact with us with your copy of Pakistani Identity Card, payment/purchasing receipt or warranty card. We shall send notice to the Service Provider or product manufacturer on your behalf and if your grievances do not redress we shall file case in consumer court.
